Rebeleyes Gel Liner

Eyeliner this fall is creating a lot of fuss in the makeup industry this season, and as a leading makeup brand that's always on trend and innovative makes sense that Mac will come out with an eyeliner only collection. 

So if you go into a Mac store and see a small display of eyeliners, yes there are some of the liners already available and a new gel liner pen with a cap.

I recently discovered this wonder of an eyeliner product when I popped into my local Mac store to just play in makeup- as you do, haaa!

 After applying several foundations, powders, highlighters, lipsticks, eyeshadows and basically everything alluring, I saw a stand "rebel eyes" collection stand which consists of  re-promotes of MAC's current eyeliners and a new gel eyeliner, so in my mind am thinking why is MAC coming out with a line of eyeliners that are already permanent, I barely noticed there was a new eyeliner in the collection when it first came out online.

I've used and tried most eyeliners by MAC but what actually drew me in was the "Stylo Eye-Liner Gel Pen" so proceeded to use it and I was absolutely blown away with the ease of application this pen was to line both top and bottom of my eyes. 

The pen has a white angled tip, with a gel coming out when twisted at the bottom. The shape helps create a clean, easy and fast application.  

Pigmentation of this gel eyeliner pen is amazing, a pigmented black similar to MAC's Smoulder eye pencil. The texture feels very smooth and is smudge proof. I swatched it on my hand and I kid you not this gel liner did not budge. The packaging is a click pen which twists to push up the gel for application, and very little goes a long way saving you much more product. I was instantly blown away as I've always overlooked gel eyeliners due to the trickiness of applying on my lids.

Overall I give this product a thumbs up, just because I absolutely love how easy and neat it is to apply, a great beginners sample and people on the go who want the gel liner effect look, who don't have the time to really take their liner neatly on the first go..as we know which takes time and can be a pain for some people.

Its creamy and lasts really long, doesn't dry as is a click pen, you only dispense what you need.  But also need to be careful how much product to dispense.

If you like a thin liner, this will not work for you as the tip is quite thick. Pretty good as far as smudging is concerned. Darker jet black and more intense than most mac eyeliners. 

A great buy at £18.00 which is quite pricey for some, but I think is worth the price.
