Mac has finally jumped on the liquid lipstick bandwagon after so much anticipation and I must say, it hasn't disappointed as am a sucker for matte lips.

MAC RETRO MATTE LIQUID LIPCOLOUR

Packaging of the liquid lipcolour comprises of the classic Mac lipstick cover top, a clear packaging to see the colour of each shade when looking for a specific. 

The lipcolour has a diamond shaped applicator which works very well to get into the corners of the mouth and Cupid's bow during application and helps create a sharp line without the use of a lip liner.  The texture is a mousse-like formula instead of a liquidy as compared to other brand liquid lipsticks. 

The lipsticks apply comfortably and dries extremely fast. 30seconds, feels light on the lips without crumbling. 

Colour is opaque and very pigmented, transfer proof when dried up, wears for about 4-6 hours, has a hint of vanilla scent, and a little goes a long way. 

The lighter shades in the collection however, apply quite streaky until dried down unlike the darker shade. 

Overall, I love  these liquid lipsticks, from the wearability to pigmentation and the lightness it feels on the lips.
